The SmartFill Nexus 4 Head 10 Litres is engineered for mid-range bulk applications from 1kg to 5kg, where both speed and accuracy are critical. By combining gravity-based coarse feeding with electromagnetic vibratory fine control, it ensures faster weighments with reduced product giveaway.Â
The system is designed to handle a wide range of granular products such as fertilizers, pulses, seeds, and other grocery items. Equipped with high-precision load cells, it delivers stable and repeatable performance across varying product characteristics. Nexus 10 Litres supports multi-dump operations for efficient handling of higher target weights.Â
Its compact design, SS-304 contact parts and easy to remove and fit components capability simplify cleaning and maintenance, while single-phase operation ensures practical deployment across facilities.Â
