How It Works
The Nexus system combines gravity-based coarse feeding with electromagnetic vibratory fine feeding to achieve both speed and accuracy.
In the first stage, material is discharged rapidly through a pneumatic cut-gate (coarse feed) to approach the target weight quickly. As the weight nears the set value, the system switches to an electromagnetic vibratory feeder (fine feed), which gently and precisely tops up the remaining weight.
