The last 18 months have been an important phase for SMARTfill.
Our team has focused on intensive R&D, field trials, product refinement, and real-world application learning across food and non-food industries.
These efforts have helped us strengthen our existing machines and prepare for the next stage of Indian weighing technology.
At the exhibition, we will be showcasing the SMARTfill Altus Series, our new Multihead Weigher platform developed for higher accuracy, better control, and improved reliability. Altus comes with advanced load-cell algorithms, 32-bit ARM-based processing, stagger dump logic, unqualified weight rejection, feed rate optimisation, load-cell based central vibrator, individual chutes, 10-inch colour HMI, remote access, and RS232 data logging for analytics and reporting.
As India’s only Multihead Weigher manufacturer designing and manufacturing machines in-house, we are proud to announce that on 29th September, SMARTfill will be launching the first Made in India 20 Head Multihead Weigher. This marks an important milestone not only for SMARTfill, but also for Indian weighing and packaging automation.
Visitors will also be able to see the SMARTfill Altus Multihead Weigher, Nexus Cut-Gate Weigher, and Essentia+ Multihead Weigher series at our stall.
We build these machines for accuracy and long-term serviceability, ensuring reliable performance in real production conditions across applications such as snacks, puffed snacks, pulses, grains, seeds, dry fruits, powders, frozen products, detergents, fertilizers, plastic components, and more.
For us, Anuga FoodTec 2026 is not just about displaying machines. It is about showing the progress of Indian engineering in a category long dominated by imported weighing systems.
